Covid-19

We’re strictly following government and NHS regulations. Every event respects social distancing and limited numbers. We ask to bring personal water and hand sanitizer, and provide them as needed. See event-specific pages and information for more details. Contact us for any questions and doubts


What is a Wild Wine Run Event?
We combine running, wines, outdoors, and great vibes. We have three type of events - on vineyard, in London, and the running clubs - and they all mix those three fantastic elements. You run first, try wine after (and even halfway!).

Is the run a race?
It’s as hard as you make it (although prices for top finishers are available). The event is for first-timers, amateurs, or seasoned runners alike. Do as you like and have a great time!

When is the wine tasting?
Whenever you are ready after finishing the run. Depending on the event, there might be a sip of wine halfway through the course.

What should I wear?
Sporty clothes and trainers/running shoes. Keep an eye on the weather forecast to be appropriately dressed for hot or cold temperatures or rainy weather.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, until one week before the event.

Can I transfer to another distance within the same event, or to another event?
Yes, please follow the link on the registration confirmation email.

Can my family and friends come to spectate?
Yes! They are more than welcome - no charge.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes! All our events are dog-friendly, we love our four-legged friends. Please keep them on lead at all times.

Can I run with my dog?
Yes! Dogs, on lead at all times, can participate for free.

Is there parking?
Site specific. Vineyard events have on-site parking for free.

Is water provided?
Yes, water is available at start/finish line and, site and event specific, halfway through he course.

Are there prizes?
Yes, top-finishers’ will receive prizes!

Can I buy a ticket on the day?
Possibly. Please send us an email if you are considering this option.

Is there a bag-check?
Possibly, it’s site specific and if so it will be indicated on the event page.

Is there camping?
Yes! As of 2020, our Loughborough event offers camping for Satuday and Sunday night. More info below.


CAMPING - FAQ

Our Loughborough events offer camping on site for the event weekend. Here are some useful information. Contact us for any doubts or further information.

When can I camp?
From Friday night to Sunday night (included) for the event weekends.

Can I camp in my tent/RV/caravan/camper?
Yes. Camp as you like. Check weather forecast before booking and before coming to be appropriately equipped.

Where can I pitch/park?
The site is big and you can camp anywhere in the vineyard site. A map with available camping areas will be issued soon. Weather contingent, the bottom of the hill mmight be muddy, but the rest of the site is usually clear.

Is there water on site?
Yes, by the farm on top of the hill (500m from the vineyard).

Are there bathrooms?
Yes, there is at least one porta-loo at any time on site.

Can I make a campfire?
No. But there is a free-standing fire-pit on site that can be used.

Are there any other amenities?
Tables and chairs near the tasting room. The closest pub is 5 minutes away. Other four pubs are 10 minutes away. There is a restauant, at the entrance of the site. Six Hills leisure center and recreational area is 10 minutes away. Beautiful views of the undulating green landscape.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Be mindful of other people, children, and animals (including wildlife such as pheasants, possibly foxes). Standard rules of conduct apply, such as dog needs to be on lead if required/when appropriate.
